Comment on the draft Local Transport Plan
The West Northamptonshire Local Transport Plan is open for public comment until Thursday 17 October. Make sure to have your say on the future of local transport across West Northants!

Residents of Farthinghoe are encouraged to comment on the draft Local Transport Plan being developed by West Northamptonshire Council.
The Local Transport Plan details a range of proposals for transport solutions over the next 20 years.
WNC Cllr Phil Larratt, Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport says “We are keen to hear people’s thoughts on this plan that will help shape the future of local transport across West Northants for years to come.”
“Local transport is used by people for many different reasons in both our urban and rural areas, so we need to make sure that we’re focussing on the right things, whilst also considering the impact on the environment.
“The plan describes our overarching ambition for transport in West Northants and ensures that other transport related policies and objectives are working together.”
At the Farthinghoe Annual Parish Meeting in April 2024, Cllr Larratt stated “the bypass for Farthinghoe remains a priority”.
Have you say to make sure that the “A422 Farthinghoe traffic mitigation scheme” mentioned in the draft Transport Plan truly represents the needs of all residents in Farthinghoe.
